The city again forms the basis of a player’s civilization, and capturing these are the corner stone of conquests. The city can be upgraded with various districts that adds various bonuses, technologies and functions to the city. Visually they create a stunning spectacle that makes the cities in Rise of Legends much more organic and believable, instead of clumps of buildings that don’t really fit like a real city would.
